Páll Marvin Jónsson
Managing Director
Páll has extensive experience in project management and in bringing together the knowledge and expertise of diverse stakeholders to work on solutions and innovation.
Our Board
The Board is elected at the ÖC Annual General Meeting and is composed of representatives from the founding members or individuals nominated by the founders.
The group shares a common vision within Ölfus Cluster to strengthen and support the local business community, guided by the principles of the green and blue economy.
Elliði Vignisson
Mayor of Ölfus
Elliði is the Chair of the ÖC Board. He is a trained psychologist and a former Mayor of Vestmannaeyjar.
Árni Hrannar Haraldsson
Managing Director
With a background in chemistry and industrial engineering, Árni has extensive experience in supply chain management, production, and operations. This expertise will be highly valuable in the continued development of Ölfus Cluster. Árni currently serves as Managing Director of Orku náttúrunnar and shares the cluster’s vision for responsible resource use and sustainable solutions for the future.
Helga Kristín Jóhannsdóttir
Business Development Manager at Orku náttúrunnar
Helga has worked both in public policy development and within forward-thinking energy companies, and has been actively involved in shaping a future vision for the sustainable use of natural resources. Through her participation in Ölfus Cluster, she emphasizes connections to innovation, carbon neutrality, and responsible resource use for the benefit of society.
Hrafnhildur Árnadóttir
Managing Director
Hrafnhildur is an entrepreneur by nature and is, among other things, the founder and Managing Director of Frostþurrkun
Grétar Ingi Erlendsson
Marketing Manager
Grétar works as Marketing Manager at Black Beach Tours and also serves as Chair of the Ölfus Municipal Council. He is also a former basketball standout.
Haukur Þór Haraldsson
Business Development Manager
Haukur Þór studied biology and business administration and currently works as Business Development Manager at Verkís.
